He almost passed too quickly for me to be able to take a shot. That being said this is the only shot. Never seen it driving around before. Any ideas as to what it is?

Bugatti Type 35 replica?
The chances it's real are already pretty low, and the proportions look a bit off to me. Conceivably some different Type 35 variant, though, especially if you have some very rich people living near you.
